Help us grow the Ida closet!
We're looking for someone to help us grow our seller base and drive the addition of new products to our platform. You will reach out daily to new and existing sellers and follow up on leads generated by yourself or through marketing initiatives. You will set up virtual or at-home appointments (Covid rules permitting) with sellers and provide overall excellent customer service. You will leverage strong relationships to generate referrals for new sellers.
We're looking for ambitious and driven self-starters with excellent attention to detail and a problem solving mindset. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, are a first-class networker with great communication skills. You are customer-obsessed and can adapt to shifting priorities in order to achieve and exceed sales goals. You get motivated by and enjoy working in a fast paced environment and towards ambitious goals. You're passionate about fashion and sustainability and thrive on collaboration and driving results.
Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
Part-time basis to start ASAP with the potential to grow to full-time basis. The role is based partly in our office in Ladbroke Grove, London and partly remote.
